The Aruban Government Dec. 21 announced updated minimum wages, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The announcement includes: 1) the minimum wages of 1,986.20 Aruban florins (US$1,103.48) per month and 463.25 florin (US$257.37) per week for employees ages 18 and over; 2) the minimum wage of 926.65 florin (US$514.82) per month for employees ages 18 and over who perform domestic services in the household of natural persons; 3) the minimum hourly wage of 10.30 florin (US$5.72) for employees performing domestic services who work 22 hours per week or less; and 4) the new income limits of 4,965.50 florin (US$2,758.70) per month, or ...
