The Austrian Official Gazette Dec. 23 published Law No. 96, implementing the reporting, due diligence, and registration obligations for crypto-asset service providers under Directive 2023/2226/EU (DAC8), the amended common reporting standard (CRS), and the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF).
