Austria Gazettes Regulation Updating List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CRS

The Austrian Official Gazette March 20 published a regulation updating the list of participating jurisdictions under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS), as of Jan. 31. The regulation updates: 1) the list of participating jurisdictions to include Rwanda, Senegal, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uganda; and 2) the list of jurisdictions meeting requirements under the MCAA-CRS to include Rwanda, Senegal, and Uganda. The regulation enters into force May 1 and replaces the previous regulation. [Austria, Government Legal Database, 03/20/26]
