Austria MOF Posts Updated Lists of Participating Jurisdictions for AEOI-CRS

The Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance April 22 posted BMF Letter No. 2026-0.339.586, updating the lists of participating jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on financial accounts under the common reporting standard (CRS), current as of May 1. The updates include the addition of: 1) Rwanda, Senegal, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uganda, to the list of participating jurisdictions for calendar year 2026; and 2) Rwanda, Senegal, and Uganda, to the list of jurisdictions for which information must be submitted for the 2025 reporting period.
