Belarus Gazettes Law Amending Various Tax Laws

The Belarusian Official Gazette Jan. 1 published Law No. 127-Z, amending various tax laws. The law includes measures: 1) maintaining the basic 13 percent tax rate for most workers; 2) increasing to 350,000 Belarusian rubles (US$117,998), from 220,000 rubles (US$74,170), the annual income threshold for the increased 25 percent rate for ultra-high earners, from 2025; 3) setting an annual income threshold of over 600,000 rubles (US$202,283) for the increased 30 percent rate for ultra-high earners; 4) maintaining the 13 percent and 25 percent separate tax scale for dividends; 5) increasing the real estate tax coefficients for large houses and apartments, ...
