Belarus President Signs Decree Approving Protocol to General Principles of Indirect Taxation Agreement With Russia

The Belarusian President’s Office April 3 announced the same date signing of Decree No. 110, approving a draft protocol to the agreement on general principles of indirect taxation with Russia, signed Oct. 3, 2022, and authorizing the Ministry of Finance to negotiate and sign it.
