Belgium Gazettes Royal Decree Introducing Withholding Tax Exemption for Use of Tangible Movable Property

The Belgian Official Gazette Oct. 31 published Royal Decree No. 2025008225, introducing a withholding tax exemption for payments concerning the use of tangible movable property.
