Belgium Lower House Considers Bill Concerning Reduced VAT Rate for Demolition, Reconstruction of Housing

The Belgian Chamber of Representatives Sept. 19 accepted for consideration Bill No. 55K3579001, to make permanent and expand the application of the reduced VAT rate to the demolition and reconstruction of qualified residential dwellings, originally enacted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
