Belgium expects to raise more than 100 million euros annually from the introduction of a global minimum tax, a Belgian finance official said Tuesday.
Belgium would likely reap 108 million to 132 million euros—or $122 million to $148 million—from the introduction of a global minimum tax, Luc Batselier, Belgium’s representative to the OECD on tax matters, told a hearing of the Finance Committee of Parliament. That estimate assumes a 10% minimum tax rate.
