President Joe Biden announced a framework for his “Build Back Better” package of tax and spending changes, after weeks of intraparty negotiations among Democrats.
The $1.75 trillion plan includes many proposals approved by House committees to bolster working families with children, promote clean energy and related supply chains, expand health-care coverage, and reduce housing costs.
