Lawmakers returned to Washington this week for a packed fall agenda set to be dominated by government funding expiring Oct. 1.
Bloomberg Government journalists on Tuesday discussed the outlook for appropriations ahead of that deadline, along with plans to consider the National Defense Authorization Act and legislation on crypto regulation, permitting, and farm programs.
