The Bolivian Official Gazette Jan. 3 published Supreme Decree No. 5095, extending, through Dec. 31: 1) the VAT exemption for the import of capital goods and industrial plants destined for the agricultural, industrial, construction, and mining sectors; and 2) the zero-rated VAT for the commercialization in the domestic market of capital goods and industrial plants intended for the agricultural, industrial, construction, and mining sectors.
