Bolivia Gazettes Decree Reducing Special Consumption Tax Rate on Import of Self-Charging Hybrid Vehicles

The Bolivian Official Gazette May 21 published Supreme Decree No. 5395, reducing the special consumption tax (ICE) rate on the import of self-charging hybrid vehicles to 3 percent from 5 percent, effective until July 14, 2026.
