The Bolivian National Tax Service April 22 issued Resolution No. 102200000008, to extend the filing deadline for companies. The deadline is extended to May 31 to submit physical and digital: 1) financial statements; 2) annual reports; 3) external audits, tax opinions, reports on minimum tax procedures, and tax information; and 4) complementary and transfer pricing information. The May 31 deadline also applies to information filed through electronic forms 605 and 601 for corporate income tax (IUE) payers for the tax year ending Dec. 31, 2021.
