The Brazilian Official Gazette Oct. 8 published Decree No. 12,656, promulgating the tax information exchange agreement (TIEA) with Guernsey, signed Feb. 6, 2013, which entered into force June 13, 2025. The decree enters into force the same date. [Brazil, Official Gazette, 10/08/25]
