Brazil Senate Approves Decree to Ratify Air Services Agreement With Qatar

The Brazilian Senate March 18 approved Legislative Decree No. PDL 163/2023, to ratify the air services agreement with Qatar, signed Oct. 28, 2019. The decree enters into force on the date of publication. [Brazil, Senate, 03/18/26]
