The Brazilian Federal Revenue Office May 25 announced the release of an updated digital tax bookkeeping system (ECF version 12.1.6) for reporting tax information on corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contributions on net income (CSLL). The updates include: 1) the correction of error involving the folder and card printing report; and 2) performance improvements. This version is valid for transmitting ECF files for calendar year 2025, special situations (layout 12) in 2026, and previous years. [Brazil, Federal Revenue Office of Brazil, 05/25/26]
