Bulgaria Assembly Considers Bill to Implement EU Directive on AEOI for Digital Platform Operators

The Bulgarian National Assembly Nov. 11 accepted for consideration Bill No. 48-202-01-33, to amend tax procedure laws to transpose EU Directive 2021/514 on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation, to combat tax evasion.
