The Bulgarian Official Gazette March 27 published Decree No. 53, on the 2025 State Budget. The decree includes measures: 1) reducing the VAT registration threshold to 100,000 Bulgarian leva (US$55,679) from 166,000 leva (US$92,428), from April 1; 2) increasing the minimum wage to 1,077 leva (US$597.07) from 933 leva (US$516.10), from Jan. 1; 3) setting annual individual income tax deductions for children of 6,000 leva (US$3,340) for one minor child, 12,000 leva (US$6,678) for two minor children, and 18,000 leva (US$10,017) for three or more minor children; 4) setting 2025 tax relief monthly employment income deductions of 500 leva (US$278) ...
