Bulgaria MOF Seeks Comments on Bill to Harmonize VAT Rules With EU Directives, Court Decisions

The Bulgarian Ministry of Finance Sept. 5 opened a consultation on a bill to harmonize VAT rules with EU directives, and with decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
