Cabo Verde-U.S. FATCA-IGA Enters Into Force

The United States Department of Treasury March 15 announced that the intergovernmental agreement (IGA) to facilitate reporting under the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) with Cabo Verde, signed March 30, 2021, entered into force Feb. 7, 2024.
