California Provides for Collection of Unpaid Annual Water Rights Fees by CDTFA

The California Governor signed an omnibus bill concerning water, parks, and wildlife. The law includes amending a provision concerning referral of unpaid annual water rights fees to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) for collection, rather than the State Board of Equalization.
