The Canadian Revenue Quebec Dec. 28 explained the 2019 requirements for Quebec sales tax (QST). The requirements include that: 1) foreign suppliers must register before Jan.1, 2019; 2) domestic suppliers must register before Sept. 1, 2019; and 3) specific digital platforms must register.
