Canada Tax Agency Posts 2026 Individual Income Tax Rates, Thresholds

The Canadian Revenue Agency Jan. 20 posted online the 2026 federal, provincial, and territorial individual income tax rates and thresholds, with the federal rates and thresholds being adjusted by an inflation indexed increase of 2 percent. Individual income is taxed at a progressive rate starting at 14 percent for the lowest threshold, increasing to 33 percent for the highest threshold. [Canada, Canada Revenue Agency, 01/20/26]
