Argentina is set to raise taxes on video cameras and cellphones as part of its 2021 budget approved by the Senate on Tuesday.
The measure, approved in a 139-20 vote, comes as ministers continue negotiations with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund on a plan to fix the country’s finances.
