Colombia President Posts Decree Announcing 2022 Tax Deadlines

The Colombian President’s Office Dec. 20, 2021, posted online Decree No. 1778 of 2021, announcing 2022 tax deadlines. The decree includes measures setting deadlines, based on taxpayer-identification numbers (NITs), between: 1) Feb. 8 and Feb. 21 for large taxpayers to pay the first tax installment; 2) April 7 and April 22 for large taxpayers to submit annual returns and pay the second installment; 3) April 7 and May 6 for legal entities not qualified as large taxpayers to submit annual returns and pay the first installment; 4) July 8 and July 22 for those taxpayers to pay the second installment; ...
