Colombia Tax Agency Announces Deadlines for FATCA, CRS Reporting

The Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate July 3 announced the deadlines for financial institutions to report tax information under the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and common reporting standards (CRS) determined by the last digits of the tax identification number. The submission deadlines are from: 1) July 30 to August 5 for FATCA reports; and 2) July 30 to August 13 for CRS reports. [Colombia, National Tax and Customs Directorate, 07/03/19]
