The Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate Aug. 6 issued Press Release No. 070/2025, on filing information for 2024 income tax declarations. The press release includes that: 1) the filing period for the 2024 income tax declaration is from Aug. 12 to Oct. 24, depending on the last two digits of a taxpayer’s identification number (TIN); 2) declarations must be submitted electronically through the official portal using an electronic signature; and 3) individuals must file income tax returns if they meet at least one of a few specified criteria, including that they were responsible for VAT as of December 2024, ...
