An overwhelming majority of C-suite executives say that generative artificial intelligence is critical to addressing compliance challenges brought on by the global minimum tax.
Survey results released Thursday in a report authored by KPMG found that 86% of corporate executives agree that complying with the 15% global minimum tax, also known as Pillar Two of the international tax deal, will be costly.
Almost 90% of executives surveyed said that Pillar Two would require a high level of coordination across departments like accounting, information technology and legal in major corporations.
