Costa Rica Tax Revenues Decline 23.4% in April

Costa Rica tax revenues fell 23.4% y/y in April due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a temporary three-month moratorium on tax payments, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.

  • Government spending fell 7% y/y in April to ~$934m
