The Ivorian Direction Generale Des Impots Oct. 4 announced the land declaration filing period for 2024 for individuals, property owners, and building managers. The announcement includes the filing period of Oct. 1 to Nov. 15 for: 1) land declarations for newly acquired buildings or plots; and 2) additional land declarations for property previously declared, for changes occurring in 2023 related to rental value, assignments, and transfers.
