Court Asks If India Will Appeal Vodafone Tax Arbitration Ruling

The Delhi High Court has asked Indian government to inform whether the South Asian nation wants to abide by or challenge the recent ruling by the foreign arbitration tribunal rejecting the country’s almost $3 billion tax demands against Vodafone Group Plc.
