Croatia Gazettes Law Amending AEOI Requirements for Financial Intermediaries

The Croatian Official Gazette Oct. 4 published Law No. 1616, amending the law on the mandatory automatic exchange of information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS) in the field of taxation. The law includes measures: 1) introducing reporting requirements for financial intermediaries; 2) specifying reportable information; and 3) imposing fines for noncompliance.
