Croatia is on track to launch mandatory electronic invoicing between companies from 2026, the country’s finance minister told a tax conferencein Zagreb on Friday.
According to Marko Primorac, a legislative proposal is being finalized and should be released “soon” for public consultation.
The proposal will also include a range of electronic accounting and financial reporting tools designed to bring “significant administrative relief for taxpayers,” Primorac said.
