The Curacao Ministry of Finance June 2 announced an automatic extension of up to two months, from after the date of availability, for filing 2024 corporate income tax returns, applicable to taxpayers with broken financial years who haven’t submitted their returns. The announcement includes that: 1) the final version of the 2024 corporate income tax return was officially made available in the Tax Authorities’ online portal on May 23; and 2) the extension doesn’t apply to financial years with a filing deadline of June 30 or later.
