The Cypriot Tax Department March 20 announced: 1) the June 30 deadline to file corporate income tax returns, and for self-employed taxpayers not subject to controlled transaction information reporting requirements to prepare accounts for 2023; and 2) the Nov. 30 deadline for taxpayers with controlled transaction information reporting obligations to file 2023 income tax returns. Late filings will be subject to a fine of 100 euros (US$111). [Cyprus, Tax Department, 03/20/25]
