Cyprus Tax Agency Extends Filing Deadlines for Specified 2023 Corporate, Individual Income Tax Returns

The Cypriot Tax Department March 26 announced a deadline extension, to April 30 from March 31, for filing specified tax returns for companies and individuals, for tax year 2023. The extension applies to: 1) corporate income tax returns; and 2) individual income tax returns for taxpayers required to prepare audited or reviewed accounts, regardless of whether they must file a summary information table on controlled transactions.
