The Czech Ministry of Finance June 8 announced that the president signed a draft law approving a tax amnesty regime, effective July 1 through Nov. 30. The regime applies to tax debts incurred through Sept. 30, 2022, and includes measures: 1) allowing all natural persons to pay their covered tax debts under the regime and apply for removal of fines, penalties, and interest; 2) allowing taxpayers with debts of more than 5,000 Czech korunas (US$227) to pay the principal amount in four installments, up to 17 months from July 1; 3) excluding from the regime debts recovered by court executors ...
