Danish Business ‘Very Positive’ on EU Consolidated Tax Proposal

Businesses in Denmark strongly support an EU proposal for a harmonized tax base, the Danish Chamber of Commerce said.

The European Commission is asking for comments on its consolidated tax base plan, known as BEFIT—Business in Europe: Framework for Income Taxation. The commission’s goal is a “single corporate tax system across the EU.”
