Deloitte UK to Survey Its Workforce on Gen AI Use Across Firm

Deloitte UK will start surveying all its employees, including accountants and consultants, on how they use generative artificial intelligence in their jobs, as the firm seeks to improve its approach to the technology.

The Big Four firm’s UK workers will be asked for feedback on how gen AI is currently being used within the business in its next round of internal surveys, issued bi-annually.

Deloitte’s Europe and Middle East business, including the UK, rolled out its gen AI chatbot, PairD, to 75,000 employees at the start of this year.
