Denmark Tax Agency Clarifies Deductions Without Deposit Under Establishment, Entrepreneurial Account Act

The Danish Customs and Tax Administration Sept. 11 posted National Tax Court Decision No. SKM2025.515.LSR, clarifying deductions without deposit under the Establishment and Entrepreneurial Account Act. The taxpayer, an entrepreneur, claimed deductions without a deposit under the establishment and entrepreneurial account regime, and advance depreciation. The Tax Agency reduced the deductions and depreciation.
