Denmark Tax Agency Clarifies VAT Treatment on Sale of Apartment, Two Parking Spaces

The Danish Customs and Tax Administration Nov. 7 posted online Tax Council Binding Answer No. SKM2025.631.SR, clarifying the VAT treatment on the sale of an apartment and two parking spaces. The taxpayer, a real estate company, purchased an apartment, as well as an exclusive and indefinite right of use for two parking spaces, which it intended to sell.
