Dentons Recruits Niamh Keogh to Tax Team as Partner in Dublin

Niamh Keogh has joined Dentons as a tax partner in its Dublin office, the firm said Thursday.

Keogh focuses on inward investment into Ireland as well as mergers and acquisitions, specializing in Irish-regulated fund structures and securitization vehicles, according to Dentons.

She will be joining from Mason Hayes & Curran, where she is a partner and co-head of tax, Dentons said.
