Ecopetrol Says Cartagena Refinery Appealed VAT Tax Charges Case

Refinería de Cartagena filed on Thursday appeals against a case regarding charges from Colombia tax authority DIAN, Ecopetrol said in a filing.

• While the company pays the tax charges, it maintains the right to legally challenge the case, according to the statement
