The Ecuadorian Official Gazette March 21 published Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC23-00000010, extending filing and payment deadlines for income tax and various tax declarations and annexes. The extensions apply to fiscal year 2022 deadlines, and deadlines falling in March 2023. The resolution includes measures: 1) extending deadlines to April 13, for individuals and general regime corporate taxpayers, if they have registry (RUC) or identity card numbers for which the ninth digit is seven; and 2) extending deadlines to April 11 and April 19, for taxpayers under the Simplified Regime for Entrepreneurs and Popular Businesses (RIMPE), if they have RUC or identity card ...
