Elektra Says Will Appeal $94m Mexico High Tax Court Ruling

Billionaire Ricardo Salinas’ bank and appliance dealer Grupo Elektra said that it will appeal a ruling by Mexico’s high tax court over a 2 billion peso tax debt ($94m).

  • The Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA) ruled that Elektra should pay 2 billion pesos related to a 2010 transaction with now defunct airline Mexicana de Aviacion, El Universal reported
