EU to Provide DAC7 Tax Reporting Forms in Early 2025

The European Commission announced an initiative to provide standard forms and computerized formats in relation to a law that allows EU countries to exchange tax-related information.

The law, known as DAC7, aims to standardize reporting requirements for digital platform operators across the EU, with an aim to prevent tax evasion and avoidance. Companies that provide services like selling goods or renting out property, such as Airbnb and Uber, are among those impacted.
