The European Commission Sept. 19 announced a further extension, to March 31, 2027, from Dec. 31, 2025, of the road transport agreement with Moldova, signed June 29, 2022, due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. [European Union, European Commission, 09/19/25]
