Tax officials from Norway should be authorized to participate in joint audits with their counterparts in European Union countries to crack down on value-added tax fraud, the European Commission said.
Norwegian officials should also be granted easier access to information shared between tax authorities in EU countries, the Commission, the European Union’s executive, said Tuesday.
