European Union Gazettes EC Decision Approving German Regime Under Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework

The European Union Official Gazette March 19 published the European Commission (EC) decision on State Aid Case No. SA.121215, approving the German federal regime under the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF) to support investment in net-zero technologies.
